These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and use of the Flowers Online website. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Flowers Online is a New Zealand-based flower subscription service delivering fresh flowers directly to customers nationwide (excluding rural addresses).
2. Products & Subscriptions

Flowers Online offers fortnightly flower subscriptions.

Flower varieties change regularly and are based on seasonality and availability.

Images shown on the website are indicative only. Flowers, colours, and packaging may vary.

We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if required.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST.

Subscription payments are charged automatically according to the selected billing cycle.

Payments are processed up to one week prior to dispatch, generally three days before delivery.

We reserve the right to update pricing, with two weeks notice provided to active subscribers.
4. Delivery
-
Deliveries are made on Thursdays.
-
Orders are dispatched via overnight courier.
-
We deliver NZ-wide excluding rural addresses.

A flat delivery fee applies unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been dispatched, Flowers Online is not responsible for courier delays outside of our control.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or no safe place to leave the parcel, re-delivery fees may apply.

Flowers left in a safe place are considered successfully delivered.
6. Cancellations, Pauses & Changes
-
Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled by the customer via their account dashboard.

Changes must be made before the cut-off time 7 days prior to delivery.

Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

This policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
8. Gift Subscriptions & Gift Cards

Gift subscriptions are valid for the selected duration (3, 6, or 12 months).

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.

Unused balances are not redeemable for cash.
9. Availability & Supply

Flowers Online sources approximately 90% locally grown flowers, however availability may vary.

We do not guarantee specific flower types, colours, or stems in any delivery.
10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Flowers Online and may not be copied without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability

Flowers Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, except where prohibited by NZ law.
12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.
13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the website or subscription services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
